Based on the stability theory of fractional differential equations, adaptive anti-synchronization of some fractional differential equations for host-parasite modeling is studied and their approximate solutions are presented. Combining the adaptive control method, adaptive anti-synchronization, Lyapunov equations and parameter identification of some fractional differential equations are realized by designing suitable controllers and adaptive parameter laws. Finally, numerical simulation further demonstrates the feasibility and validity of this method.
