Concerns Involving Nanobiotechnology in Contemporary Vaccines Include Nanobacteria, Nanocarriers, and Nanovaccines

Grisolia Christian

This review briefly discusses the issues with nanobiotechnology as it relates to the design and creation of novel vaccines using the most well-known nanocarriers, including those made by nature such as bacterial spores, virus-like particles, exosomes, and bacteriophages and by man such as Proteosomes, liposomes, virosomes, SuperFluids, and nanobeads, as well as the benefits and drawbacks Here, we concentrate on the creation of nano-based vaccines as "nanovaccines" for stimulating immune systems, as well as the anticipated benefits and drawbacks in comparison to currently available vaccines. We also discuss a possible nanorisk for vaccines, known as nanobacterial contamination.
